Our Return & Replacement Policy only applies to artwork damaged in transit or faulty due to manufacturing defects, we do not accept change-of-mind refunds, or refunds and exchanges on custom-made-to-order items.
We have a 7-day Return & Replacement Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and replacement. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the artwork is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong artwork. You agree that in such circumstances you will be required to provide photographic evidence.
To start a return and replacement, you can contact us . If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. A like-for-like replacement will be sent back to you once the original artwork has been returned.
You agree that the determination of whether the failure of a product is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Direct Decor.
