Shipping Policy

As part of our low-price commitment, shipping is completely free for all orders across AUSTRALIA. nd we don’t charge more if you live in a regional area – you get free shipping just like our metro-loving friends. For Extra Large Sizes Contact to organize the customised delivery.

Some Items are excluded from Free Delivery. 

Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We’re more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.(subject to approval) 

For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we organise courier delivery to your door. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel in the event that you are not home, as our couriers won’t leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so. 

From the moment you click ‘order’ it usually takes about 2-4 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. 

Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process. If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately.
